Taking part in the integration of a foreign worker is a great privilege. Structured and organized by nature, I enjoy the variety of encounters my job brings and the constant renewal of challenges. I have a down-to-earth view of the efforts that await new arrivals, and being part of a diverse team in which everyone has unique strengths is a source of motivation.

With my passion for life, travel and culture, and having lived abroad, I understand the challenges that another country and culture can bring. These life experiences have helped me understand the importance of having a warm and welcoming home. I'm passionate about design, and my attention to detail extends to my home. 

Ensuring people's well-being and providing them with the comfort they need in their own homes are among my top priorities. I listen to people and their needs in terms of integrating local people, which is why I attach great importance to every detail.

I've been a Welcome and Integration Officer for Le Bon Jack since January 2022. I have a calm and selfless personality. Furthermore, I like being in contact with people, and I'm a good listener. My ability to adapt, and my team spirit, are assets within our work team. I advocate a healthy and active lifestyle, practising various sporting activities on a daily basis.

I'm proactive and highly adaptable, and I'm good at interpersonal relations. I enjoy taking on challenges and finding effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the people I work with.

As a lifelong member of sports teams, I advocate mutual support, teamwork, and encouragement. My positive leadership makes me a rallying colleague who is always available to lend a hand.

My passion for competitive sports has always reflected my commitment to teamwork. My career path led me to play hockey at professional levels in the United States and Europe, where I was not only an essential asset to my teams, but my leadership led me to evolve on the human side. These values have found new expression since then, and I'm keen to contribute in a collaborative environment. I want to put the emphasis on teamwork and make a commitment on a human level to provide the best possible service to my customers.

As an immigrant myself, I was keen to work in this field so that I, in turn, could support new arrivals and their families in their life projects. Arriving in a new country is a real challenge, and helping them in a warm and constructive way is rewarding. So I share my experience, both professional and personal. Sharing cultures is enriching, and that's what I love about my job. I'm organized, ambitious and motivated. I like to set myself goals and give me the means to achieve them. Social by nature, I love teamwork and learning more to move forward.

Originally from Brazil and now living in Canada for several years, I've always seen working with immigrants as an enriching and meaningful opportunity. Optimistic, well-integrated and compassionate, I enjoy accompanying others on their journey.

My 15 years of experience in the field of education have enabled me to develop invaluable skills such as active listening, teamwork and interpersonal relations, while revealing to me the richness and uniqueness of each human being.

Welcoming new immigrants at this pivotal stage in their lives is a mission close to my heart, because I've been down this road myself and know all the challenges and joys.
